Payment Instructions
Delegate fees must be paid in advance in Euros NET OF ALL BANK CHARGES no later than May 10, 2024 by direct bank transfer. The bank account information is:

Important
⇒ Do not forget to indicate the following as payment “concept”: LAST NAME, FIRST NAME / ESA GA 2024.
⇒ Proof of the bank transfer must be sent as an attachment to the web registration form.
⇒ Once the form has been sent, the Technical Secretariat will confirm the registration by email to the email address indicated on the registration form.
The application for registration cancellations must be made in writing to the Technical Secretariat (esa.ga2024@cdecongresos.es). Cancellation of registration before May 10 involves an administrative cost of 25% of it. Cancellations of registration made after May 10 will have no refund.
If the registration holder is unable to attend the general assembly, he or she may be replaced by another person. This change must be communicated to the Technical Secretariat via email before May 20.
Accommodation and transfer services
AFEXPO, through the Travel Agency, makes accommodation available to delegates and accompanying persons in the city of Murcia during the celebration of the General Assembly ESA 2024 and transfer services from airports.
