ACCOMMODATION/TRANSFERS SERVICES BOOKING FORM
Accommodation and transfer services
AFEXPO, through the Travel Agency, makes accommodation available to delegates and accompanying persons in the city of Murcia during the celebration of the General Assembly ESA 2024 and transfer services from airports.
To avail the offered accommodation rates, bookings must be made before the 28th of April. Accommodation reservations made after the 28th of April will be subject to availability.

Accommodation Cancellations
- This stay is refundable if you cancel your reservations before April 28. Cancellations must be communicated to the Travel Agency, to the email jesus@viajesdiana.com
- Cancellations made from 29th April onwards will incur charges.
- In case of No Show, the full amount of your reservations will be charged.
Cancellations of airport transfer services
Please, if there is a change in the delegate’s itinerary or a cancellation, you must notify the Travel Agency before May 23 to inform the transport company.
Failure to cancel services before the date indicated by email will result in full payment of the airport transfer reservation.
